I took my son here for a haircut, expecting the usual struggle because he gets nervous in the chair. But from the moment we walked in, it felt different. The shop was clean, booking was simple, and the staff didn’t rush him at all. They gave him time to warm up, talked to him gently, and somehow turned what I thought would be a stressful outing into a smooth little experience. And the haircut actually turned out adorable, not uneven or choppy like we’ve had at a few other kids’ places. We left happy, and I’m definitely bringing him back.

They did try to help, which I appreciated, but my kid still ended up getting really overwhelmed. It felt like they weren’t totally sure how to handle it once things got stressful, and that part was weird.

I was planning to try Pigtails & Crewcuts, but the nearest one is still way too far from where I live. For a kids haircut, it’s just not worth dealing with the drive, traffic, and parking. They make it sound like they’re expanding or have convenient locations, but that’s vague when none of them are actually easy to get to for us. I ended up just going to a closer place instead

They actually did good with my daughter’s curly hair, which, not every place seems to know how to handle. They took their time and, like, didn’t brush it out dry or anything, which I really appreciated. The cut came out really nice overall. I just kind of wish the wait had been a little shorter, but yeah, we were happy with the result

It just took longer than I expected, and I had to follow up once because apparently patience is now part of the support process. The person I spoke with was nice enough, but not exactly bursting with helpfulness at first. Overall, not awful, not impressive—just aggressively average.
